w7 eye products!

Hi!! I hope your all well! I have been working on building up my YouTube and as a result I have been asked to do people's makeup for Halloween and a couple events so that's all good. I if you would like to checkout my YouTube its here. Its going to have nail art tutorials, special effects makeup, lip art, fantasy and character makeup. Hopefully eventually I will end up doing vlogs, 'does this product work?' and anything else that may come up or what my subscribers want :)

So I got these products from W7...

This mascara makes the lashes super black, and gives nice volume. I use lash curlers always anyway as I think that makes your eyes look more awake and bright but this mascara does also help with curling them.

For me, eyeliner is an essential product. I mainly wear waterproof gel liners - I do live in England and I don't want to risk loosing my liner when it rains! When I tested this product on my eyelids with a winged liner look; I was really happy with the results. However later on when I was trying to get on with my writing I got something in my eye and it was really bugging me. Of course I ran to the mirror and saw that the liner was cracking and little bits was falling off and a bit went in my eye. So today I wanted to show you kind of what happened, the left line is a dried line that's been left for about five minutes and the right line is one I freshly drew. As you can see the left one is slightly faded and is already cracking.

This is the 'Perfect Eyes' eye shadow, I really like this! I have worn it in a couple of videos for my YouTube too. It can be worn really subtle and blended out which just gives a nice sparkle. Or you can pack a bit more on, maybe a bit on the inner corner and it looks perfect :)

What do you think? Have you tried any of these products?

like/subscribe/follow my platforms if you'd like :)
My youtube channel  - nail art, special effects tutorials etc.

Use the code fashionfixhunter and you will also receive

You must purchase a minimum of 1 pair of circle lenses to have this code activated, and it has no expiry date! You can access Pink Paradises website here

A type of contact lens that is particularly popular among those in the Eastern, they create the effect of a larger iris. In the eastern countries, the circle lens could be considered as makeup as they are so common to be worn on a daily basis by so many people. A Circle lens is a cosmetic contact lens, also generally known as big eye circle contacts, which has a wide black ring on the outside widens your eyes’ iris, creating an adorable appearance that you'll fall in love with. Circle lenses are really reputable in countries like South Korea, Japan, Taiwan and other Asian countries, but they're starting to become popular across the globe because Lady Gaga wore them in her “Bad Romance” music video. Lady Gaga’s eyes were probably partially computer generated, so their lenses won’t have quite the same effect- but they will make your eyes look wider and larger.

Zhang Ziyi is a Chinese film actress and singer. She is an international superstar starring in many smash hits such as, "Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon". Here, she wears a light grey contact lens with a slight shimmering effect in the movie, "Memoirs of a Geisha" Her eyes look amazing, especially as her natural eye colour is so dark! I gotta find some natural looking ones too!

Paris Whitney Hilton is an American socialite, heiress, media personality, model, singer, author, fashion designer and actress. Paris Hilton loves to wear blue contact lenses surrounded by a black edge, and can hardly ever be seen without them. In fact, I forgot she had brown eyes! I totes wanna get circle lenses like like hers :)

In General, 40% of Circle lens user are non-prescription (Plano) customers, as they don’t interfere with your vision, many also wear these contacts under glasses on a daily basis.

Difference between reglular contacts and circle lenses
If you haven’t spent a lot of time shopping for colored lenses yet, you might not be sure about the difference between normal contact lenses and circle lenses. The number one difference in the two types of lenses is that circle lenses will make your eyes look larger, this can be a really flattering look for women. These lenses are offered in different sizes in diameter 14.0mm, 14.2mm, 14.5mm, 14.7mm, and 15mm- slightly larger than common contact lenses.

It's the thick black rim around the coloured lenses that make the iris appear larger. In regular coloured contact lenses that rim is transparent. I have tried some blue regular contact lenses before, I have brown eyes and wanted to see if you can get wear a different colour and it look natural. Inside I liked them and they looked natural, however when I went outside; I don't no the sun made them glow and they looked crazy! Now I have been trying to find some lenses again that I can get to look natural and I came across Pinky Paradise and was quite fascinated by the fact they make your iris appear larger, they offer different styles and colours and they look pretty natural on the photos.

On Pinky Paradise's website they have five points that they categorize their lenses by which are:
    1. Enlargement Effect
    2. Comfort Level
    3. Color Vibrancy Effect (Pop out effect)
    4. Natural Effect
    5. Blending Effect
The website is easy to navigate, you can easily change the currency too.I love how Pink Paradise's website looks fun and girly, the colours are cute and I think that goes with the cute big eye circle lenses look. I wandered at first if it would be a normal look to have your iris's appear larger, not dramatically like an alien, but as I have been browsing and doing more research on them I now like the idea. Of course they can be used for the anime character look, Halloween or cosplay but they can also be the opposite and look natural, enhancing your eyes. They can make them sparkle, cuter, and have a slightly dolly/innocent alluring look about them.

I was concerned about any side effects, which I was also concerned when I was trying out my blue regular contact lenses but did some research, I made sure that I was buying them from a well known reputable brand and started reading all the reviews etc. Circle lens has lower water contents than normal contact lens; therefore bring along ‘contact lens eye drop’ to moisture your eyes is essential. The rule of thumb of wearing circle lens, if you feel any pain or discomfort in your eyes, remove them immediately. I am not quite sure why the water level is lower in Circle lenses than contact lenses? If anybody does no, please tell me :)

Have you tried circle lenses? What do you think of Circle lenses? Do you think the celebs in the photos look good with their circle lenses on?

Zemned DermCare Cleanser

As you can see in the collabs/sponsors of ffh, you will see Zemned have joined!
I was sent this DermCare Cleanser which is 'Gentle cleaning for ultra sensitive skin types' - I love that! Its says it's gentle on the skin which is brilliant!

The lid is a simple push down to open, push other side to close which is good as it doesn't spill. It's easy to open and close, its also good as you can get the right amount out without wasting any.

The ingredients in this cleansing product are there for a reason, there aren't pointless things added to it, chemicals etc. There is no colour, scent, fragrance or irritants. I do tend to like scented products, particularly chocolate or cocoa scented, chocolate is always good ;P
However obviously that means there are additives that aren't needed that could be reacted to, so they aren't used.
This cleanser is used to gently remove oils and dead skin from the surface of the skin without affecting the natural pH or drying the skin out.
If you skin is irritated, you can gently cleanse without making the irritation worse, it's that gentle!

This can be used as a cleanser for the face or the body. Simply rinse the skin with warm water and then massage this cleanser on with a sponge, wet washcloth etc and then rinse it off. here is no need to scrub or anything! If you have eczema this product can also help to heal and sooth the skin. It is also ideal for sensitive, mature, or dry skin types, you can read more about the tips of this product here

Final opinion: I find my skin can react to products super easily, or I could use something one day and be allergic the next. However this cleanser is so gentle, I have had no problems with it. I tend to get red skin easily when I wash my face, because it is sensitive, but this cleanser reduces the redness and it doesn't dry out my skin. I could literally feel the difference after using this cleanser, my skin felt a lot softer and smoother.

You can get this product here for £15

Amie Clay Mask

I was sent the Amie Clay mask from Amie Skincare, I am pretty open to skincare products as long as they are gentle and preferably  for sensitive skin.
This clay mask is good for deep cleansing of the skin.
It works by drawing out of the skin the deep seated dirt and impurities and soaking up the excess oil. The mask contains active fruit and botanical ingredients that work with your skin instead of against it. I have used some clay masks that have dried my skin out and left me with my skin peeling... Not good.
The key natural ingredients are French White Clay, which absorbs excess oil, dirt, toxins and other impurities without absorbing the skins natural oils too.
There is also natural zinc oxide which is an antibacterial, which helps to clear blemishes and also prevent them. Then the lime butter soothes, softens and tones the skin, helping to shrink pores while the Organic peppermint refreshes, cools and soothes the skin.
The mask also helps with exfoliation, circulation and giving your skin an overall healthy and glowing complexion
I have tried and tested this face mask, I first tested this on a small area of my skin as I can have reactions to products so I wouldn't want to lather my whole face in something without knowing. After I tested it, I started by applying a smooth layer over the face with my face mask stick tool, although I am thinking of getting a face mask brush as I am getting to like face masks. Avoid the eye area, as that can be sensitive, you can use it on the under part of your chin too to tone and firm the skin.
When I had applied the mask, I sat back, wacked out the ds, put some music on; I don't like sitting still for long so yeahh. You could get the classic cucumber slices out and relax, or read a book, whatever you like to relax. I waited for 15 minutes until the mask had dried, then I rinsed off the mask with warm water and patted my face dry.
I also tried this mask on someone else, as I didn't use it all on myself.

Final opinion: I thought the mask smelt nice, was easy to apply and gentle on the skin. It is brilliant at refreshing and toning the face, and cleaning the skin. It shrinks pores, clears blackheads and skin impurities.

Do you like face masks? Have you tried this face mask? What do you think?

You can get three sachets for £1.50 here

Let me ask you more flush lip gloss

Hi peoples! Half way through the summer holidays and I haven't really done anything, what have you all been up to?
I have been getting my things ready to go back to college after the holidays, replying to all my emails and connecting with more people. Ahaa so not much :P
Anyway, it's my birthday in September :D

I have got this lip gloss from iBeautyFix,

The lip gloss has got a non-sticky formula and is super smooth, with teeny tiny glittery bits so your lips will shimmer.
It  relieves dryness and creates the look of fuller more voluminous lips.
Containing vitamin E which boosts elasticity and moisture, for healthy lips.

This  lip gloss I have is the milky pink (No.1) it costs £11 and you can get it here from iBeautyFix
I love lip glosses that are light in colour with a shiny glow so that you don't have to keep re-applying.

Makeup Boomer from IBeautyFix

Hi! Hope your all enjoying your summer holidays! I'm actually getting pretty jealous now -.-
Because my friends keep messaging me saying how they are going on holiday, or they are on holiday, sending me pictures and all that. I mean good for them, but oh my gawd I wanna go too! D:
Then they say they are getting me a present, but I'm not going on holiday anymore so I will just get them something from a day out or something.. I like presents :)
I haven't actually told you all why I am going on holiday, but to put it simply; someone close is very poorly so we can't go abroad anymore. But their health comes first so we'll just go on holiday next year! Where are you all going on holiday?
I have got this Make-up boomer from IBeautyFix, It came in a tube, however you can get it on their website in different container (which I think is better).

The Make-up boomer has a 3D volume base, a silky gel texture with a skin activating system.
Seed complexion - it retains dehydration and retains shimmer effect longer. I think this is really good, because my skin dries out pretty easily, so using a re-hydrating product like this a really good tone to use.

The make-up boomer diffuses light to give a radiant and healthy glowing look on the skin.

The skin looks fresh and healthy, giving the skin natural highlights and helping to make the face look slimmer. I love the was this product highlights the skin, so if you would like to try something instead of the powder highlighter; you should give this a go.

You can get this Make-up Boomer here for £10 reduced from £18

What do you think of this Makeup Boomer? Have you tried it?

IBeautyFix AM Morning Cream

Hii! I hope you are all enjoying your holidays! It's been pretty nice weather here apart from the odd thunderstorm and random raining but besides that, its all good!

I am going to introduce you to another product from IBeautyFix which is the AM Morning Cream.

The cream came in a peachy pink box and looks cute and convenient. No unnecessary excess packaging, just the box and the cream.

The cream tub is simple, it looks almost as if the tub is water - as it is aqua cream it's very relevant.

The cream is thin and easy to use. It contains 23 natural extracts to form a hydro barrier to maintain the skins natural moisture.
I have sensitive skin and I find this morning cream to be very gentle and makes my skin feel much more awake in the mornings, I have had no reactions or anything so it is very gentle. Generally it has made my skin softer, without leaving it shiny or greasy. You can also get the PM night cream from IBeautyFix, which I haven't tried but if it is like the AM cream then I highly recommend it.
This cream costs £7.00 and you can get it here

If you haven't already, please join this blog under the followers tab on the right hand side near the top of this blog. I have just answers the door and have received another product from another business, here is a hint - it's fitness related! The parcel guy knows my name now because he delivers my parcels so much aha!

What do you think? Have you tried this cream? Do you use morning creams?

IBeautyFix eyeshadows

I broke up from college about a month ago so I should be relaxing! But nooo! I have been busy with ffh, I have loads of businesses contacting me to collaborate with them, I have contacted some too, so basically I have loads of posts lines up with fantastic fashion/beauty/fitness/hair businesses that I am so excited to share with you! I will be uploading these over my holidays, so keep an eye out for them all! You could join this blog to keep up to date with my posts :)

I received three eye shadows from IBeautyFix

Here are is a photo of the eye shadows open. The three shades are:

Here is a close up of one of the eye shadows cases.

I swatched the eye shadows on my hand to show you the shades of each.
The eye shadows have a very soft powder which makes the application easier.
They contain natural plant oil extract to moisturize and protect the skin. It also contains micro fit powder to give it staying power!
The colours aren't dark so it means you can apply a natural looking shade, or you can build it up to make it more noticeable.

You can create many looks with these eye shadows. You can make it flirty, smokey or natural.
I decided to apply all three shades at once, starting with No 6 to the inner corner of my eye lid and half the eye line underneath. I then applied No 4 to the middle section of the eye lid and No 9 on the outer side of the eye lid getting darker towards to the side and also half a line under the eye line. Blending all the colours in to create the gradient.

These eye shadows cost £5.99 from IBeautyFix.

Do you have any eye shadows from IBeautyFix? Have you tried any products from their range? Do you like the look I created with their eye shadows? Which is your favorite shade?

IBeautyFix Ill get lip, you stain - review

I am just doing a quick blog before I go out with my friends, my gawd its hot in England now! :o
Anyway I have the Lip Stain from IBeautyFix here that I am going to review.
The lip stain comes in a little transparent box in a circle tub along with a lip brush.

Here is the lip stain tub and the brush. The tub is nice and small is something you can fit into your handbag with your beauty essentials. The brush is really nice, the bristles aren't too hard like some I have had, they're flexible and soft.

I have swatched the lip stains here. This tub is in the 'Cream Orange' shade.
The lighter shade is more natural and the darker shade is tinted with orange which still looks natural. You can mix the two shades in different amounts to create lots of different shades of your own. Or you could re-apply to get the colour a lot brighter and bolder. The tint is long lasting which I like about these so you don't have to worry about them fading.
There are five different tubs of these lip stains that you can get so keep an eye out for the other shades I will review for you.

You can get this lip stain here for !3 reduced from £15
I have been out with my friends in between writing this review. Ohh my! It started raining and when I say raining I mean full on chucking it down! we ran to the other side of the village to their garden and sat on the swing bench. Turned out the roof wasn't waterproof and then it started thundering D: My friend said 'I have swimming pools in my shoes'. I just thought she was saying her shoes were wet, but no. She tipped them and all the water poured out ahaaa! So I ran all the way home in the rain jumping every time the thunder went! I must have looked like a right gorm if anyone saw me :s We had people coming round too so I had to quickly get ready as I looked like a drowned cat or something -.-

Anyway, it's 11pm and I am soo tired! Im going to go get some sleep now. Have you ever tried this lip stain? Do you own any other lip stains? Do you have any products from IBeautyFix?

Perfect Complexion Lip Tint (Crystal Cherry) review

If you haven't noticed already, IbeautyFix has joined FashionFixHunter as one of it's sponsors *yayyy!*. They have their own widget on the right-hand side of the blog, check it out ;)

I have received the Perfect Complexion Lip Tint Review in the Crystal Cherry shade.
The Lip tint is a liquid gel, so you don't need to apply too much. It can be used on the cheeks as well so it's multi-purpose all in one little bottle. From the bottle it looks like it will be thick, sticky and super strong in colour like most lip glosses are.

I started by adding a small amount and spreading it, the results were nice. They made the natural lip colour brighter and healthier looking cherry glow. It's not noticeable that you are wearing tint on your lips to other people, they just look a little brighter. If you are wanting a little more of a red lip, just add another layer - remember not to apply too much at once.

As you can see my lips are a cherry/rose colour and the light shines on the tint really nicely.
It says that is is long lasting and smudge proof, which I kind of underestimated. As I do, I like to actually test products, not just say they are what they say they are. Anyway, I got a glass of water and drank some - It left no lip marks on the glass nor did the lip tint smudge. I tried smudging it with my fingers, it stayed put. Then to really test it, I got a cup of tea and drank some... It still didn't come of! This was surprising to me, as I thought the tea really would smudge it; but nope :)

I was going to do a swatch on my hand, but I do have very sensitive skin so I was unsure, but then I got some on my finger and the staying power reminded me, do not swatch this on skin ahaa. I haven't tried using it on my cheeks, I have never used a liquid blusher but I will be showing you that in a later post :)

You can get this lip tint in Crystal Cherry (the shade I have) and also in Pure Pink, I think this shade would be better for the cheeks than the Crystal Cherry. You can get this cheek/lip tint here it costs £8 and it's definitely worth it! you only need to use a tiny amount, and it stays put, doesn't smudge and its not sticky. It looks natural, not like lip glosses where they look gooey, or lipsticks where even  if it's a natural shade it looks thicker and you can just tell it's not natural.

Have you tried a lip stain before, or tried this one? What lip stain brands have you tried, and what do you think of them? What do you think of the multi purpose cheek/lip tint?
Keep an eye out, I will be reviewing products from IBeautyFix's range :)

True Botanica lip balm review

True Botanica started up in 2004 in Wisconsin. All of the ingredients used have been carefully sourced from GMO, biodynamic and organic materials. All of their products are subjected to quality assurance tests to make sure the products are of the best quality and perfect for you.

I was sent this Boswellia lip balm to review from True Botanica.

I opened up the lip balm and it smells soo good! It kind of smells like a warm vanilla? I don't no how to describe it but it smells good enough to eat :P

I tried the lip balm on and it feels really natural , but leaves the lips with a radiant glow and a hint of shine.

The arn't a lot ingredients in this lip balm, whereas I can read some lip balm labels and the ingredients are endless. It contains Frankincense, bio-dynamic beeswax, coconut oil, shea butter, cocoa butter, macadamia oil, vanilla flavor, castor oil and vitamin E. As you can see these are natural ingredients, nothing harsh or artificial ingredients.

If you like the sound of this lip balm, you can get it here for only $3 or if you buy four or more then you will get them for $2.70 each!

Have you tried this lip balm? What do you think?

Beauty Formulas Face masks review

So the other day when I was at college I went up town and had a little look around the shops. I came across some face masks in Boyes and they are made by Beauty Formulas. One of them is a peel off one and the other is a clay mask.

I love anything that smells sweet, the peel off mask is apricot scented which is the one I am going to review now.

I have very sensitive skin so I do have to be quite careful; with products I use on my face. But saying that, I am always open to trying something new, unless they have a sensitive option then I'd rather go with that. I can be allergic to things such as E45! And that is for sensitive skin.. But I love trying new products, it doesn't put me off.

So, to apply this face mask I used the face mask applicator I have from a previous buy. The peel off mask is very sticky so you should definitely tie your hair back and grip your fringe out the way too. Spread it fairly thinly all over your face - if you spread it too thick then it won't dry and it's then pretty hard to get off when its wet, believe me! After you have spreaded the mask all over your face and a little under your chin you should wait for it to dry completely. When it is wet your skin will be shiny  like this below.

Resist the urge to touch, poke or try and re-spread the mask when it is wet, you will just mess it all up. The mask took about 10 minutes to dry for me, and as I've said before I hate sitting still I found it pretty boring waiting for this to dry. I ended up dancing around my room to a bit of Jedward, Iggy and Nicki Minaj, looking like a duck on ice. My face started to feel really tight so I knew it was dry. If you look in the mirror, when it's dry it shouldn't shine either, and it dries clear.

The mask peels off really easily, just start from a corner and peel inwards. On the picture the mask is ripping as it's coming off as I'm only using one hand and holding the camera with the other (another reason why I need to get a new camera and a tripod) Although the mask comes off really easily, when I was pulling the mask off, it felt like there were spiders on my face. It was the first time I had tried a peel face mask so I didn't no what to expect.

It's important for me to keep my skin as calm as possible, I mean I can't turn up to a catwalk or photo shoot with a spotty, red or rashy  face. I always look for products that could be suitable, I've got loads that work and don't work for me and I will be sharing them with you on here. So if you have sensitive skin too, or you're just looking for some nice skin products, keep an eye out. :)

The face mask pulled teeny pieces of dry skin, unclogged pores and left my skin super soft. It's a product I would definitely recommend, I bought it for a pound from Boyes, but they cost a little more on their website. They have lot's of products to choose from, this hasn't caused me any problems with my  skin, no rashes, spots or anything.

Have you tried this face mask? What face products do you use? Let me know :)

Forget the BB, CC is in town!

BB creams are old news now, I'm seeing CC creams all over the TV and in the shops. It is apparently better than the BB, acting as a primer, hydrater and a tinted moisturizer  it is suppose to brighten up and also correct the colour of your skin tone to leave it with an even finish.  It is much lighter than foundation which can often be pretty heavy, it should cover any imperfections and annoying spots without giving you a the feeling of having lots of makeup on you can sometimes get when wearing a full face of makeup.

This CC cream is by Max factor and you can get it from superdrug for £9.99, but it is on the 3 for 2 range.

This CC cream is from Boots and you can get it for £14.99

I will be trying out a few CC creams and I will let you know what I think of them.
Have you tried any CC creams? If you have what do you think of them?

I was sent this little lip balm from Two Crafty Unicorns it's nice and little and it's perfect to heep in your bag for whenever! It had a little orrange ribbon tied on top, which makes it more fancy and it would be a good gift (you can get them in packs of 12). You can get them in packs, different colours and flavours. This one is called Orange Tint..

Some balms can leave your lips feeling greesy or sticky, but the Orange Tint leaves them smooth and not to shiny with a slight colour. It has teeny weeny glitter/sparkles in so you don't get an over glossy look, you get a bit of sparkle. As you can see below:
