getting beady with it

Hi!
Hope your all good! :) I am slowly recovering a little every day... Although still not managed to not fall asleep in the daytime yet. I'm going to go into work tomorrow I think, hopefully it won't be too much for me or it'll be a long day! :s

This post was planned to be up weeks ago but with all of the complications all posts had to be postponed so many apologies for that, and near future posts may be slow too (read the previous post for more info)

Back to the post! Summer is almost here and the weather is warming up. This year I'm really into the boho styles in general; hair styles, clothing, jewellery etc. Personally I think beads, feathers and things like that are a total match for this trend and also the season. Whenever I go on holiday I wear beads, even if its a beaded anklet - I'm a sucker for anklets too I have sterling silvers, handmade, beaded, chains... I like them ;P

This piece came in a sealed plastic with the babi-online card inside too. The packaging is pretty simple, which totally works!

This is a close up of the piece, the bracelet is made from brown and purple wood and silver beads.

Above is me wearing the bracelet.. I'm still ill and have like, black eyes so I cut them off ahaha

I really like this bracelet, it's adjustable too so it fits my tiny wrists :)
The bracelet is bang on trend, I mean literally all the clothes shops I've been in lately has some beaut ranges of clothes, shoes, jewellery and bikinis and accessories *swoooon*

If you like this bracelet you can get it here for £5.00
Babi-Online is currently one of FashionFixHunter's collabs so you will be seeing more from them! :)

Gorgeous Swarovski elements!

Hiiii! Sorry for the delay in posts! Been super busy O.o
I'm heading for a distinction star in my coursework although im pooing my pants for the practical... where I have to act as a transfer rep and do a big speech and role play in front of the class and teachers... (just a little secret - I stutter, forget what to say then laugh my head off and usually end up facing the wall doing a presentation).. Yet I can catwalk in front of many people :s I guess its because I don't have to speak there, I usually get told to zip it... :P

I went on a business trip last week to an airport for a conference and to meet different departments and see some of the equipment they use. I wore a red dress with a loose blazer over the top and black tights. If your from England, we all know its been pretty windy! That dress went straight up to my armpits while I was at the bus stop! D: I practically ran from the bus station to college attempting to hold my dress down. -.-
(sorry for the bad quality image, i didn't use my good camera)

Below is a picture of the a piece of security equipment airports use:
I don't no if 'scanner' was suppose to be spelled as 'scanna' but moving on....

we also had a really nice day out at center parcs with my family and cousins
we went bowling, then off to the boathouse and I asked for 'the two canoe things joint together', they knew what I meant ahaha :D When I was trying to get into it I stepped back and stepped in a deep puddle thing that someone had dug right near the the lake -.- resulting in me emptying my shoes on the boat, we didn't no how to go forwards or turn. It would be safe to say people found it very funny, I mean is is that funny seeing someone empty all the water of their shoes? Okay maybe it is ;) it was probably like watching an episode of Chuckle Brothers or something! Then we walked up to the foresters in and had dinner, went back to the boat house and me and my cousin got a pedalo :) Then we went to the swimming pool, must be just my luck I got squashed between a few 'very large' hairy men on the rapids -.-  I couldn't breath and had to get out for a while.

So this post is mainly about a piece of jewellery I was sent, I chose this one because its so simple and most of my jewellery is weird, in your face or really big. So I picked something minimal but beautiful and eye catching.
The item came really nicely gift wrapped - this is perfect if your looking for a present for that special someone, whatever the occasion! Inside is a black leather looking box with a plain card sleeve. the pendant is wrapped in black tissue paper to prevent it getting damaged in the post.

This is not my usual jewellery as I said before, but when it comes to dressing up I don't no what jewellery to wear so this will definitely come in handy!
The necklace pendant can be easily worked into daytime outfits, evening and occasions but this piece really sets it apart from others. This has a beautiful glow  from the unique yellow diamond tone Swarovski Crystal Element. It has a big Swarovski yellow diamond tone crystal element which is circled by a 14 carat gold plated ring which has 30 white diamond tone Preciosa Czech crystal elements! Each of these has been hand set in a single course. The chain is also very pretty, I haven't had one with that sort of chain before, its very thin and sparkles with a lovely glow.
- free delivery world wide
- arrives to you in presentation box and gift wrapped

You can get this necklace here for £22!

What do you think of this jewellery? Would you wear it? Think its even great for mothers day?

Please could you do me a favor? :) Please watch this YouTube video and 'like' and comment on it - on the actual link under the video. It's for a competition that ends at the end of the month, please help me out (share it on your social media platforms etc) and I will be more than happy to return the favour! :D

Line Cutout ring from Hottt.com #blogmas

Hiii! I'm usually in college yesterday and today so there wouldn't usually be posts, but my teacher is in Paris with the class below mine. Sooo that means my class doesn't have to go in :D but she has got a teacher to stand in on Thursday so I have to go in that day, I hope I'm feeling better for then! I've been ill for over a week now! Bored of it, I haven't eaten chocolate in over a week, that's bad. I mean if I say I don't want chocolate everyone is like oh my god! Seriously, I usually eat a lottt of chocolate! :o

If you haven't saw the first #blogmas post you can read that one here, basically I'm going to be posting anything Christmas related on the run up to Christmas. That could be nail art, fashion, gift ideas, discount codes, decorations, anything! :D if that sounds good you should join this blog to be kept up to date with future posts and the #blogmas run up - you can join with your twitter, blogger or email under the followers tab somewhere over there on the right side bar over there ----------->

I got this cutout ring from hottt.com - I have done posts before about them, they re-branded from hotttshit.com you can read that here. The ring came in a golden parcel bag with the small gift box inside.

The ring is different to what I would usually wear. It's quite plain and simple. In fact its very plain and simple! But I guess at the same time that makes it look effective because its so minimal. This ring would go with almost any outfit, you can't go wrong with this simplistic design.

The ring is quite big, it gives the effect that your wearing 5 thin rings but your actually only wearing one! This ring would make a lovely gift for your family/friends for Christmas...
or if you would like something more glam but at a low price you could get this golden rhinestone tag bracelet - that is my favourite item so far from hottt.com
Or this Lion bracelet is just gorgeous! both of these bracelets have chunky chains - love!
All of the jewellery on this post - the ring and the bracelets will look great worn at Christmas, you could go casual or dress them up with a little black dress.

You can get this ring for $13.00 here, but they ship worldwide - I'm from the UK and I've got mine :)

What do you think of this ring? Which piece from this post is your favourite?

If you haven't already, please join as a member on this blog, you can do that under the followers tab at the top of the right sidebar and you can join with your email, twitter or blogger/google+ accounts :) I have a competition coming up and you must be a member to enter :D

Hottt Rhinestone Tag Bracelet

If you've saw the Hotttshit.com posts I have done before, you should no that Hotttshit have been re-branded and are now known as Hottt.com.
I have been away for a few days in London on a business trip and had no internet so I hadn't replied to emails or made any posts on here - apologies!
Anyway, I was sent a Rhinestone Tag Bracelet from Hottt.com which I am in love with! I love wearing it, personally I think the quality is immense, it looks pretty expensive!
Hottt.com donate a portion of their sales to charity every month and if you 'like' them on Facebook they will donate an additional 5 cents. You can get more information on their monthly selected charity by signing up to their email newsletter.

This is the tag bracelet. I'm sure we've all bought some sort of jewellery with rhinestones that just look fake, don't sparkle or just look dull? I can tell you now that this bracelet is none of those! The rhinestones are light and shiny, catch the light and each twinkles away.

The chain is large links, with the right shade of gold, not too shiny neither.

I really really, really love this bracelet! XD
I've wore it and I've been asked 'who's the lucky guy that got you that then?' *I'm a loner, don't have a guy to buy me jewellery :P*
If you would like to get this bracelet you can get it here from Hottt.com for only $17 $8!

Do you like this bracelet? Have you got anything from Hottt?

If you haven't already please join this blog (under the followers tab on the right near the top)
You can be kept up to date with future posts, competitions etc.

The Lady Is A Vamp

It's October... That means Halloween is coming! If your feeling the vibe you might want to check this out!
Selena Gomez previously wore this lace Gothic dress which I think is so on trend right now. I think the short at the front and long at the back is a really nice style and means you don't have to reveal to much. - This is a style that so many stores on the high street are inspired by and are now recreating this kind of look, especially with the lace on the neck, although I think some stores are going a little OTT with the lace necks.

Three of the Saturdays vamped it up..
lashings of black lace and dark vampy makeup, they almost look like they're from a scene from ace 90s Gothic chic flick The Craft! (That's is a good thing)

Below I have selected some vampy looks from Daisy Street

1. Playsuit - £22.99
2. Black glitter skirt - £16.99
3. Jumpsuit - £29.99. This jumpsuit would look great with lots of gold bracelets and/or arm cuff.
4. Velvet dress - £16.99
5. Split Maxi - £14.99

If you like the vamp trend, there are many ways you can wear this without going full on goth - unless you want to go full on goth of course. You could wear a vampy outfit, with natural makeup. You could add vampy accessories to everyday outfits, I find myself wearing big studs and spikes as a casual look but it gives your outfit that edge. Vamp looks great as evening wear with lashings of gold jewellery too.

If you like the vampy makeup from most of the pictures above, I found a video on YouTube (it's not mine) The video belongs to MissSenay1, she has loads more makeup tutorials inspired by celebrity looks, trends and Halloween special effects. If you like this tutorial, please go subscribe to her :)

What do you think of the Vamp trend?

Lion Hotttshit!

Hii!
I've been overloaded with emails and parcels from companies, which I'm sure you will love!
So I've been pretty busy organizing everything, photographing etc
It was my birthday on Friday, I'm not at college on Friday's which was lucky! :D
I'm going shopping tomorrow to spend my birthday dosh ;)
Also not being at college on Friday was good because I could recover from embarrassment, I won't go into details, but oh my! Never been that embarrassed in my life, my friend was laughing so much her laugh turned silent and she could barely get up the stairs -.-

Anyway... ;)
Here is a parcel from Hotttshit, the jewellery came in a small gift box with a shiny sleeve which completes the look.

I received a golden Lion bracelet as you can see in the box above.

I haven;t worn lion jewellery before, to be honest I haven't come across any in store either. I do find this strange as you can buy leopards etc, if anything a Lion is more fierce and fits well with the trends. It looks great worn with studded jewellery/clothing or on it's own as a statement piece.  The bracelet has a lobster clasp which is easy to fasten up yourself, I do find some bracelet to be a little tricky.

The lion medallion was inspired by the Roman time, they used lions commonly for many reasons.
Many images from ancient times portray lionesses as the fierce warrior protecting their culture, and in many cultures the lion is the emblem of earthly power, strength, dignity, courage, and royalty. It is the king of the beasts and of the jungle. Admiration for the lion's masculine strength and courage caused it to be the insignia of the Roman legions.
Another ancient belief was that the lion slept with its eyes open, being wise and all knowing it could protect even when it's body lay asleep. The lion symbolized courage, royalty, strength, vigilance, justice, valor, fertility, pride, protection, and conquest. Also in the Orient he is believed to protect people from demons... I find this interesting so I thought I would share it with you so you know a bit about Lion's cultural backgrounds :D

I think the quality of this bracelet is really good, especially for the price.
If you believe in all the 'protecting' properties of lion's then this is also a beautiful piece for that. Otherwise, like me I wear it as a statement piece. It would look faboo with a little black dress ;)
I have done a review of Hotttshit's rock paper scissors double ring here if you haven't saw that already.

This bracelet costs $15 and you can get it here

Hotttshit rock paper scissors!

Hiii!
I'm back at college now, holidays are over :( I had a choice of extra lessons on top of my Travel and Tourism course, I had to do at least one, I chose Spanish; which I really didn't enjoy last year! I just can't get the hang of it, at school I was okay, my teacher was pretty cool, he taught of loads of songs to remember other languages and played Simon says. But when I got to a certain, I didn't really want to play Simon says every lesson and so I ended up getting told off aha
My teacher I have now, well most of the time we told get along with her... I do actually try, but I get my German, French and Spanish mixed up - not particularly good at any of them but I have learnt some of each and I think maybe she thinks I am being stupid or something when I start counting in Spanish then not knowingly switching to French. Anyway, last week she said something in Spanish and a song clicked into my head that I'd learnt, whether it was from school... Or something from Dora when I was younger I don't no :S So this weekend I have been listening and singing along to Spanish learning songs, for my numbers, alphabet, other words etc and hopefully I'll learn :D

So now I'll be blogging at the weekends and/or Mondays, there's a cool competition coming up soon where you can win yourself some goodies, you must join this blog (under the followers tab) to be able to enter the competitions.

I was sent this parcel from Hotttshit. I love the packaging, its shiny and has the HOTTTSHIT.COM and 'style beyond drama' printed across the front. Deffo looks the part

Inside the parcel was this Hotttshit gift box. Its a simple white gift bow with a sleeve, I think it totally transforms the look. It looks way better than just a gift box, more of a high end stylish jewellery gift box.

Inside the gift box was this double finger ring, with the rock paper scissors signs on. To be honest, it does look a little strange. I've showed it to some people in the box and they thought it looked strange too, but when it's on it looks well cool!

I love this ring! Its different to other jewellery, not a plain ring. I tend to really jewellery that stands out, is a bit out there or on the other hand, girly and cute :D On the website its shown worn on the first two fingers, however I think it looks better on the middle two and plus it fits mine better there. Love Love Loveeee!

I have more posts for Hotttshitt coming up, so keep a look out! Some really cool pieces too!
Hotttshit have a hottt.club where you can receive 10% off products (not including shipping fees) and can't be used on sales.

You can get this ring here for $11.00  .. $8.00!
Hotttshit's twitter is here
Hotttshit's website is here

What do you think? Do you like this ring?  Do you own any jewellery from Hotttshit?

efoxcity picks

They sell mostly wedding apparel, fashionable clothing and Korean style ladies apparel - which I am loving at the moment from online clothing stores! They know that we want unique and special clothing and jewellery etc so they keep their stock updated. They have a huge range of clothing and jewellery and all at low prices! They provide fantastic customer service, so you relax knowing you will get your orders and response as soon as possible. They have wedding dresses under $100 and drop ship clothing.

I am going to share with you some of the the things that caught my eye...

1. White chiffon dress. 11.99/£7.76 - I like this dress because its quite casual and classy, the white chiffon with the pale blue go really well together. It reminds me of when we went to Italy, there were lots of people wearing dresses in this style.
3. Slim long sleeve purple leopard dress. 17.24/£11.16 - I love this dress, you can dress it up, or dress it down a little. It would even look nice in the winter with some thick black tights or leggings with boots and a jacket.

All of these rings are either super cute, or the bullet dual ring is perfect for adding that edgy accessory to an outfit. Look at those prices too!

The first necklace reminds me of the coins from a belly dancing skirt which I saw in Turkey, it's a beautiful piece of jewellery.

Do you like any of these picks? Which is your favourite?
Please go checkout efoxcity's website here :)

Heart and Wings pendant necklace

Heyy! I know I haven't posted for a couple of days but I have been pretty busy!
If you have already noticed, Corbico Jewellery have joined ffh, so a big thanks to them! :)
I will be blogging about Corbico Jewellery again, so if you like this post, keep an eye out as more from them will be coming! You could join this blog under the followers tab to be kept up to date with ffh posts, competitions etc.

I got a Heart and Wing Pendant necklace from Corbico Jewellery, which stood out to me on their website straight away. I use to have a lovely heart necklace until my sister decided to be a turd and snap it off my neck. Brilliant :/
Call me bonkers, but I love things inspired by angels, peace and genuinely pretty pieces. So this necklace was perfect for me :)

The necklace came in a pretty pink necklace box, it's perfect for a gift or to keep the necklace safe. The box is very strong, unlike some flimsy boxes you get from places like Argos.

I opened up the box and was wowed! It looked so much better than on the photo on the website, I loved it on the website so this meant I liked it even more.

This photo probably doesn't do the necklace justice as much as it should, it catches the light perfectly so I was struggling to get a perfect picture aha!

Here is me holding the necklace, the necklace is around 40cm's long with a 5cm extender. The chain is very thin, which I love! The heart is studded with crystals that catch the light beautifully and sparkle perfectly.

You can get this beautiful necklace here for only £10!
Corbico Jewelley's website is here
Corbico Jewellery's Twitter is here

If you like this post, please join this blog under the followers tab. Share, comment etc :)
Do you like this necklace? Do you like jewellery with an angelic twist?

Lylia Rose Owl Necklace

This month I picked an owl necklace from Lylia Rose.
I have seen this style of jewellery before on many celebrities and I also me and my dad really want an owl! Last Christmas my dad decided to buy my mum presents with owls on them; owl jewellery, owl jumpers, owl t-shirts etc just to make the point he really wanted an owl.
I know your thinking, that's crazy! ahaa! it's actually the way we got my dog too. My dad didn't want a dog and my mum, sister, brother and me stuck dog pictures all over the house until he gave in :P

Abby Sciuto from ncis

Alexa Chung wearing a small owl necklace

Demi Lovato wearing a big owl necklace

Owls are definitely in fashion! they can be cute, edgy or just to add a bit of detail to a look.
Layla Rose have a range of owl jewellery you can get in rings and necklaces, coloured, vintage, big, small. To be honest I couldn't choose on my own I asked my dad which one he liked best from my favorite ones!

The Lylia Rose necklace came in a little organza gift bag and wrapped up in a pink and white striped paper bag. Love these little fancy gift bags >.<

Here is me and my big owl necklace! I t had a rather long chain and I was struggling to get it on the photo with me when the camera is zoomed in so I'm wearing and lifting it up :) I have a new camera now that takes better pictures too, just need to get a tripod so I can position it :)

Here is a close up of the necklace on my arm. The owl has separate pieces attached on rings so that it can move around. The necklace has a cute vintage look to it and a long chain. How cute are those eyes?!

You can get this necklace for only £5.00! from Lylia Rose here
Here is their Twitter

Do you have any owl jewellery? What your your favorite owl jewellery piece from Lylia Rose's website? Do you have any owl themed clothing? If you get any owl jewellery from Lylia Rose and you would like to tweet me a picture to my twitter here. I may post it on here with a link back to your twitter! :)
