A type of contact lens that is particularly popular among those in the Eastern, they create the effect of a larger iris. In the eastern countries, the circle lens could be considered as makeup as they are so common to be worn on a daily basis by so many people. A Circle lens is a cosmetic contact lens, also generally known as big eye circle contacts, which has a wide black ring on the outside widens your eyes’ iris, creating an adorable appearance that you'll fall in love with. Circle lenses are really reputable in countries like South Korea, Japan, Taiwan and other Asian countries, but they're starting to become popular across the globe because Lady Gaga wore them in her “Bad Romance” music video. Lady Gaga’s eyes were probably partially computer generated, so their lenses won’t have quite the same effect- but they will make your eyes look wider and larger.

Zhang Ziyi is a Chinese film actress and singer. She is an international superstar starring in many smash hits such as, "Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon". Here, she wears a light grey contact lens with a slight shimmering effect in the movie, "Memoirs of a Geisha" Her eyes look amazing, especially as her natural eye colour is so dark! I gotta find some natural looking ones too!

Paris Whitney Hilton is an American socialite, heiress, media personality, model, singer, author, fashion designer and actress. Paris Hilton loves to wear blue contact lenses surrounded by a black edge, and can hardly ever be seen without them. In fact, I forgot she had brown eyes! I totes wanna get circle lenses like like hers :)

In General, 40% of Circle lens user are non-prescription (Plano) customers, as they don’t interfere with your vision, many also wear these contacts under glasses on a daily basis.

Difference between reglular contacts and circle lenses
If you haven’t spent a lot of time shopping for colored lenses yet, you might not be sure about the difference between normal contact lenses and circle lenses. The number one difference in the two types of lenses is that circle lenses will make your eyes look larger, this can be a really flattering look for women. These lenses are offered in different sizes in diameter 14.0mm, 14.2mm, 14.5mm, 14.7mm, and 15mm- slightly larger than common contact lenses.

It's the thick black rim around the coloured lenses that make the iris appear larger. In regular coloured contact lenses that rim is transparent. I have tried some blue regular contact lenses before, I have brown eyes and wanted to see if you can get wear a different colour and it look natural. Inside I liked them and they looked natural, however when I went outside; I don't no the sun made them glow and they looked crazy! Now I have been trying to find some lenses again that I can get to look natural and I came across Pinky Paradise and was quite fascinated by the fact they make your iris appear larger, they offer different styles and colours and they look pretty natural on the photos.

On Pinky Paradise's website they have five points that they categorize their lenses by which are:
    1. Enlargement Effect
    2. Comfort Level
    3. Color Vibrancy Effect (Pop out effect)
    4. Natural Effect
    5. Blending Effect
The website is easy to navigate, you can easily change the currency too.I love how Pink Paradise's website looks fun and girly, the colours are cute and I think that goes with the cute big eye circle lenses look. I wandered at first if it would be a normal look to have your iris's appear larger, not dramatically like an alien, but as I have been browsing and doing more research on them I now like the idea. Of course they can be used for the anime character look, Halloween or cosplay but they can also be the opposite and look natural, enhancing your eyes. They can make them sparkle, cuter, and have a slightly dolly/innocent alluring look about them.

I was concerned about any side effects, which I was also concerned when I was trying out my blue regular contact lenses but did some research, I made sure that I was buying them from a well known reputable brand and started reading all the reviews etc. Circle lens has lower water contents than normal contact lens; therefore bring along ‘contact lens eye drop’ to moisture your eyes is essential. The rule of thumb of wearing circle lens, if you feel any pain or discomfort in your eyes, remove them immediately. I am not quite sure why the water level is lower in Circle lenses than contact lenses? If anybody does no, please tell me :)

Have you tried circle lenses? What do you think of Circle lenses? Do you think the celebs in the photos look good with their circle lenses on?

Turtely awesome dude! and WIN with ffh!

Hi!!
I've been telling you there is a competition coming up in the last few posts and it's finally here!
First what I'll do is show you the product I received from popin charms, who are a sponsor of FashionFixHunter now, as you will see their widget portal under sponsors/collabs down the right side of this blog :)

I received a parcel with this gift wrapped smaller parcel inside.
As you can see it would be a nice gift like this, already wrapped and saves you the trouble of wrapping it yourself. Or if it is for yourself, it's nice to unwrap because it looks like a present!

Inside the parcel was a 'Turtely Awsome Dude!' charm.
If you don't no what these are for, they are designed to protect all universal 3.5mm jacks from dust, muck, splashes etc. You might think what's the point?
I was listening on the radio of the most embarrassing ways your phone doesn't work, one guy said something like 'Someone asked me if I wanted to use their headphones with my iPhone and I said I couldn't because it's broken. They questioned me as to why my iPhone was broken, of course it's a stupid story. You see I'm a farmer and I was in the combine harvester when the harvester got all corn and corn dust flying in and the hole on my iphone ended up being blocked with corn. They thought I was joking, but it's actually true'
You might not be in a combine harvester ;) but the point is that hole on your phone, laptop, ipods etc can easily become blocked or get dirt in them. There is a simple way to prevent that and that would be to use a plug. What's even better is that these plug charms come in so many styles and ranges, they have super sparkly ones, fun, love, character, dangle and fashion charms too.

This is the charm plugged into my phone, my phone's pretty old aha! :D
This popin charm is made with high grade crystals for a beautiful shine and catches the light. It is great to personalize your phone, laptop, iPod etc, you can have different charms to match your outfits, nails etc. With the benefit of protecting your devices from dust, debris and moisture. I also like how the head, arms and legs.. do turtles have arms? ohh.. :s Anyway they are not fixed in a position, they can wiggle around. The back of the turtle is gold with cutouts which looks really pretty too.

If you like this charm, you can get it here for €12.90
OR if you want to enter to win a popin charm, any one of your choice from their website here's how:

1.You must join this blog under the followers tab (at the top of the right sidebar) you can join with
your twitter, email or blogger account, I will be checking.

Lion Hotttshit!

Hii!
I've been overloaded with emails and parcels from companies, which I'm sure you will love!
So I've been pretty busy organizing everything, photographing etc
It was my birthday on Friday, I'm not at college on Friday's which was lucky! :D
I'm going shopping tomorrow to spend my birthday dosh ;)
Also not being at college on Friday was good because I could recover from embarrassment, I won't go into details, but oh my! Never been that embarrassed in my life, my friend was laughing so much her laugh turned silent and she could barely get up the stairs -.-

Anyway... ;)
Here is a parcel from Hotttshit, the jewellery came in a small gift box with a shiny sleeve which completes the look.

I received a golden Lion bracelet as you can see in the box above.

I haven;t worn lion jewellery before, to be honest I haven't come across any in store either. I do find this strange as you can buy leopards etc, if anything a Lion is more fierce and fits well with the trends. It looks great worn with studded jewellery/clothing or on it's own as a statement piece.  The bracelet has a lobster clasp which is easy to fasten up yourself, I do find some bracelet to be a little tricky.

The lion medallion was inspired by the Roman time, they used lions commonly for many reasons.
Many images from ancient times portray lionesses as the fierce warrior protecting their culture, and in many cultures the lion is the emblem of earthly power, strength, dignity, courage, and royalty. It is the king of the beasts and of the jungle. Admiration for the lion's masculine strength and courage caused it to be the insignia of the Roman legions.
Another ancient belief was that the lion slept with its eyes open, being wise and all knowing it could protect even when it's body lay asleep. The lion symbolized courage, royalty, strength, vigilance, justice, valor, fertility, pride, protection, and conquest. Also in the Orient he is believed to protect people from demons... I find this interesting so I thought I would share it with you so you know a bit about Lion's cultural backgrounds :D

I think the quality of this bracelet is really good, especially for the price.
If you believe in all the 'protecting' properties of lion's then this is also a beautiful piece for that. Otherwise, like me I wear it as a statement piece. It would look faboo with a little black dress ;)
I have done a review of Hotttshit's rock paper scissors double ring here if you haven't saw that already.

This bracelet costs $15 and you can get it here
From Hotttshit
Here is Hotttshit's twitter

If you haven't already, please join as a member on this blog, you can do that under the followers tab at the top of the right sidebar and you can join with your email, twitter or blogger/google+ accounts :) I have a competition coming up and you must be a member to enter :D

What do you think of this bracelet? Do you have any lion jewellery? Have you got any jewellery from Hotttshit?

Claire's Bargains!

Yesterday when I came out from college, on the way to the bus I went past Claire's and I saw some sunglasses in the window I thought my little brother would like. I went in and discovered the sale! Who can resist a sale? Read right to the end to read along the surprise! :)

These are the glasses I saw from the window, I haven't saw them in this colour before and they also have the gradient mirror effect too. These were suppose to be £8 and reduced to £3.00

I noticed these because of the sparkles, they aren't the style I usually wear but I thought they looked pretty cool. These were suppose to be £10 and reduced to £5

Gradient leopardy print wayfarer sunglasses were £8 now £4.

These shield type sunglasses are the style of sunglasses I usually go for. Although some are to big for my head :s These ones look delicate with golden sides with butterflies and flower detailing.
These were £10 and now they are £5.

I love studs, spikes etc but not in a Gothic way, they can be the perfect accessory to so many outfits, or if my tee is pretty plain I'll usually sling on any piece of golden jewellery. It has a bit of weight to it as it is metal, so it does sit right and doesn't blow around like some gold sprayed plastic spiked necklaces I have worn before - which I don't really wear anymore. This necklace was £8 and now £4.

If you haven't added that all up, you'll no that with the sale prices that all came to £21 instead of the full price total of £54! That's a big difference. Only, I didn't even pay that sale price!
What did I pay?
.....

....

...

..

.

£5!

Yes you read that right! Only £5!
Claire's had another sale on, any five things from the sale for £5, but for a limited time only!
You can save quite a lot in the Claire's sales at the moment, so I bought 4 pairs of sunglasses for next year and for my brother and a pair for someone else too, and the spiked necklace.
They had loads of jewellery, hair accessories, sunglasses, artist wristbands (nicki minaj, the wanted etc), and loads more in the 5 for £5 sale. They also had a 75% off sale including bags and things like that.

I think that tomorrow in my college lunch break I might just run back up to Claire's and get some more goodies, there's quite a few pieces I saw but didn't get. It's my birthday this Friday, so I might get some things for my birthday from here. My parents asked what I wanted to do for my birthday, my response was hire a bouncy castle and sumo suits, I won't have presents. They ruled that out, apparently that's stupid, is it too much for a girl to ask to have a sumo fight? D: I knew they'd say no anyway because M's poorly so I won't really be doing anything for my birthday, I've just asked for my dad to make me lot's of pancakes :D I'm easily pleased aha. When I say lot's I mean until I can't move, but heyy, there's nothing else to do round here ahaha :s
Then there's Christmas coming up very soon too so I might get some gifts for people etc as well. I can't see the sale on their website, so I think maybe it's just in store?

I'll re-word what I said before, who can resit 'this' sale?
Have any of you got anything from the Claire's sale? What's your fave item I got from Claire's?

If you haven't already please do join as a member of this blog (under the followers tab, at the top of the right sidebar) I have some great competitions coming up too where you can win some fab prizes, but you must be a member to enter or to keep updated.

More Daisy Street £4.99 sales!

I posted abut Daisy Street's shoe sales before, but I've checked through the site again and they have updated their sale again, so I'll share with you some of my fave pieces from their sale again :)

ds1
These 'Pauline' peep toes were £29.99 and now they are only £4.99
They have a soft suede material with a rose detail on the toe with red piping around the shoe, contrasting with the black suede - quite striking! They will look great dressed down with jeans, a basic tee & boyfriends blazer or glam them up with a little black dress and lashings of gold jewellery.
You can get these here

These 'Aine' leopard print high tops are perfect for festivals, you can toughen up a dress with these and a leather jacket, or wear them casual with jeans/leggings etc.
These was £24.99 and now they are £4.99!
you can get them here
skhd
'Zenadine satin rose front sandals look great worn dressed down with jeans, or glam them up again with a little black dress. They are a satin material with rose detail on the toes. These also come in blue and black but I think the red ones are the best. If I was to wear heels, I'd go for pretty high ones (even though I'm tall enough), but I guess it's always a good idea to have some lower pairs in.
These was £24.99 and are now £4.99!
You can get these here

That's a few pairs of shoes for you to check out, do you like any? Which are your faveourite? are there any in the £4.99 sale you love and I haven't mentioned?
I am going to do the write next post in a minute, with some Claire's bargains! Keep a look out!

MoYou London Kitty collection 06 nail art

Hiii!
I've been pretty busy this week getting back into college and all that, and I have already started doing my coursework in advance... Yes, I'm being a geek. I've decided I'm going to try my best this year with my education and blogging too, and not get distracted or anything. Just when I was thinking that, I happened to go onto YouTube. I came across Sawyer Hartman's channel while I was watching one of video Joey's videos. There's a bunch of YouTuber's I've started watching, I got caught watching some of their video's in class.. So I won't do that again.. I'll try not to anyway :p I was going to upload a nail art tutorial to my YouTube account for this post, but I've decided, I should really get a tripod because the quality is pants and I can't position the camera right while trying to paint my own nails. So instead, today I will show you the design I have created and the tools I have used to help. I will get a tripod, preferably one of those bendy ones and I'll re-do the video and upload it here and to YouTube, so if you like this design, checkout Moyou London and be ready for the tutorial :D

I used the Kitty Collection 06 plate, the Kitty collection is all about illustrations. Soft and edgy or cuddly and sharp, if you like doing nail art there's something for all you to keep your claws in style. The plates are made  of stainless steel with a plastic base. The designs are engraved on the image plates which you simply apply printing polish, then use the stamper and scraper to transfer the images to the nails.

This is the stamper and scraper I have been sent from Moyou London, I like this stamper because e it is bigger than my last one, which sometimes wasn't even big enough to fit some images on, meaning my designs were more limited. This stamper is medium sized so some designs may require a bigger stamper which Moyou London do also do, I'd love to try that one out too at some point :)
You can get this stamper in pink for MoYou London here for £3.99. If your into stamping, this is a must have at it is compatible with any stamping plates, and it's a great price!

This is my own nails, with the design I created, with gradient nails and then I used the stamper and plate to create the flowers. I then added more details by hand. I'm not really one to use stamping or stick on patterns/images, as I think if I can draw it myself then I will. Although sometimes my own drawing can be a bit messy when I first try to do a new design, I just practice until I can do it. However I can't seem to get the hang of butterflies and some flowers (not the simple ones) so stamping a good alternative. Or if you are not good at nail art yourself and would like to be able to do something cool yourself then you could try these stamping plates from MoYou London.
I did struggle using the plate and stamper to start with, my stamping polish dries pretty quickly so you have to work quick with it. Then I found that it worked once and didn't transfer to the stamper the next, the solution is to wipe the stamper after every use and it works perfectly! I'm pretty new to stamping, I had a little stamping plate bought me for Christmas once but I gave up on it years ago ahaa, I don't think that one was very good quality and put me off a little :P

You can get this stamping plate here for £4.99! There are so many designs you can do with one plate, it just takes a little imagination :)

Do you like this design? What do you think of MoYou London's collection on their website? Have you tried stamping? Do you have any MoYou London's plates or tools? Who's looking forward to the tutorial?

MoYou London's website is here

Hotttshit rock paper scissors!

Hiii!
I'm back at college now, holidays are over :( I had a choice of extra lessons on top of my Travel and Tourism course, I had to do at least one, I chose Spanish; which I really didn't enjoy last year! I just can't get the hang of it, at school I was okay, my teacher was pretty cool, he taught of loads of songs to remember other languages and played Simon says. But when I got to a certain, I didn't really want to play Simon says every lesson and so I ended up getting told off aha
My teacher I have now, well most of the time we told get along with her... I do actually try, but I get my German, French and Spanish mixed up - not particularly good at any of them but I have learnt some of each and I think maybe she thinks I am being stupid or something when I start counting in Spanish then not knowingly switching to French. Anyway, last week she said something in Spanish and a song clicked into my head that I'd learnt, whether it was from school... Or something from Dora when I was younger I don't no :S So this weekend I have been listening and singing along to Spanish learning songs, for my numbers, alphabet, other words etc and hopefully I'll learn :D

So now I'll be blogging at the weekends and/or Mondays, there's a cool competition coming up soon where you can win yourself some goodies, you must join this blog (under the followers tab) to be able to enter the competitions.

I was sent this parcel from Hotttshit. I love the packaging, its shiny and has the HOTTTSHIT.COM and 'style beyond drama' printed across the front. Deffo looks the part

Inside the parcel was this Hotttshit gift box. Its a simple white gift bow with a sleeve, I think it totally transforms the look. It looks way better than just a gift box, more of a high end stylish jewellery gift box.

Inside the gift box was this double finger ring, with the rock paper scissors signs on. To be honest, it does look a little strange. I've showed it to some people in the box and they thought it looked strange too, but when it's on it looks well cool!

I love this ring! Its different to other jewellery, not a plain ring. I tend to really jewellery that stands out, is a bit out there or on the other hand, girly and cute :D On the website its shown worn on the first two fingers, however I think it looks better on the middle two and plus it fits mine better there. Love Love Loveeee!

I have more posts for Hotttshitt coming up, so keep a look out! Some really cool pieces too!
Hotttshit have a hottt.club where you can receive 10% off products (not including shipping fees) and can't be used on sales.

You can get this ring here for $11.00  .. $8.00!
Hotttshit's twitter is here
Hotttshit's website is here

What do you think? Do you like this ring?  Do you own any jewellery from Hotttshit?

Thank you Kerrys Jewellery blog for nominating FashionFixHunter!
If you are reading this and you don't no what the liebester award is, It is an award which bloggers give other bloggers and it is a good way of connecting with other blogs and also good for getting more exposure for blogs answering the questions and any blogs nominated too. Its good to keep the questions and answers going, you can get nominated as many times as people like, the more the better. You can answer how you like, I tend to babble a bit :P

1. I blog to promote my online business and jewellery brand, what about you?

I blog because I simply enjoy it, it's a nice way to express my self and knowing I'm building it by myself is something I can be proud of. Also because I have studied business, marketing, now I'm studying travel and tourism and a few other courses I love the fact I can use my skills to help promote fashion, beauty, fitness related businesses big or small. I'm a bit geeky really >.<

2. Which Disney program do you think is best, Winnie the Pooh or Mickey Mouse?

I have always been fascinated with pooh bear, I'm not sure what it is about it. I have a pooh bear teddy I've had as long as I can remember and this huge one that lays down that I got when I was in hospital  I always use to watch the programmes and the videos too :P

3. Theme park holidays or Beach holidays?

My favourite holidays would be abroad right by the sea, not a street away, it's got be next to it!
I love theme parks but I wouln't want my holiday to revolve around that, I'd rather have the nice warm sea!

4. Do you plan to build a career blogging or is it a pastime?

I plan to keep my blog going and build it up, It's already doing really well. I blog because I enjoy blogging, not because I have to :)

5. Playstation or Xbox?
I use to play on the xbox a lot on racing games, but the xbox is now in my brothers room :/ so now I go on the ps3

6. Where do you see yourself in 10 years time?

Being older. I don't really look into the future like that, I''m at college still, doing some modelling, catwalking and blogging. Id like to be doing more modelling and catwalking, meeting more people, and have traveled to more countries.

7. If cost wasn't an issue would you choose beaded fashion jewellery or fine luxury jewellery?
Surely everyone loves fine luxury jewellery? I mean it's something I really like, I have some luxury jewellery that I hardly ever wear because I'm too scared of breaking it!
I don't really mind about the cost of jewellery, I like so many different styles, my jewellery collection is definitely growing!

8. What's your favourite store?
I don't have a favourite I dont think... So I'll list a few :D
I have listed quite a few of my fave stores on my blog with the links here

9. What's your all time favourite film/program?

Oh... O.o
You gotta love Cakeboss?!
It's about a family of Italians living in America running a cake factory 'Carlo's Bakery' since 1990, it was founded by Buddy's father, Carlo. They make totally awesome cakes, that don't even look like cakes, I mean they are right good, they are pieces of art that apparently taste as good as they look. They must taste amazing (I've never tried one *boooo!*) Buddy is the boss and he can be pretty scary when he needs to, but he loves playing tricks on his team too, they have fun and get the work done. There's a guy called Ralph who does mint sculpting! Buddy has sisters that are... Rather loud! Buddy's family are all there for each other and they seem pretty close!

Before Carlo died (Buddies father), buddy told him that one day everyone in America is going to know who he was. Buddy and his family have stuck to those words, more than just America knows who he was; I'm sure his father would be so proud of them and how far they have come :)

One thing I find funny is how Anthony gets into trouble, he does silly things and he gets told off, anyone will get told off when they need to but Anthony is the funniest. He once wanted to use the new ovens and he was told he couldn't because he didn't no how to use them, then he was shown and told not to change any settings. Of course, he did and he burn't all the star cookies... Bad move Anthony!
See, told you I can babble... Sorry XD

I also watch Next Top Model, Britain and Ireland, America, Austraila etc, any I can watch here in the UK! :D
Extreme couponing is pretty good but I don't think you can do that here in the UK? O.o

10. What do you enjoy most about blogging?

I enjoy blogging about things I like, people can read what I write and what I write can be influential. Also, it can be read worldwide, that's pretty cool :)

11. If you could feature anyone on your blog who would it be and why?

...Tricky! I could say someone related to fashion, like Kate Moss, Twiggy, Chanel etc. I could go for the music option, Lady gaga, Nicki Minaj, or One direction - who I would probably be too shy to even question anyway aha! :s

my nominations:
Divanda Gitadesiani
Yen Birao
Sunlight Streaming
Le Young
StyleMixer
Visual Think
Think Wear Style
Lovely Style
Bronzed Sundaze
What Sarah Wants

Questions for my nominations:
1. Why did you start your blog up originally?
2. Why do you choose to blog?
3. Who are your fashion inspirations?
4. If you could spend a day with anyone on this planet who would it be?
5. What is your favourite item you own?
6. What is your favourite film?
7. Where do you get inspiration from for your blog posts?
8. You have a handbag, what are the 5 top things you'd have in it?
9. What is your favourite colour... why? :P
10. What beauty product is your all time favorite?
11. If you could change two things in the world, what would they be?

Okay, so that's my Liebster award completed, thank you Kerry's jewellery for nominating me! :)
I am going to publish this and then let all of my nominations no that they have been awarded. And if your reading this, have fun! send me the link back to the post on your blogs pleaseee, I'd love to read them and tweet them out :)

3 Ways to wear the PU Treggings

I'm starting back at college on Tuesday *booooooo* :(
So I will be pretty busy, but don't worry, the blog will keep going, I will just have to swap the schedule around a little. I'm not really looking forward to going back to college, I mean I was because I miss some of my friends, but, like, well, some people just annoy me. I can't help it, I won't go into details but, I like to have a laugh and if people are just -.- then no, just no. Like my closest friends who I haven't saw the whole of the holidays, we insult each other all the time, it's just banter :D and... The grunge look is a style I would probably wear to college, only with the neon hi tops and not the beanie unless it's cold out. Its practical but stylish at the same time.
I also love the girlie look, but I wouldn't wear heels to college, I would go for that with flat shoes though :)

What do you think? Which look do you like best? Whats your favourite item?
